Robert Atchison was born in London and studied music from a young age.
His teachers included Sheila Nelson, Bronislaw Gimpel, at the Royal Northern College
of Music. Emmanuel Hurwitz, at the Royal Acedemy of Music, and Maurice Hasson.
In 1982 Robert was a finalist in the Abbado International Competition in Milan, Italy.
He has given concerto performances and recitals in the USA, South America, France,
Italy, Russia, Spain, Germany, and Ireland. In 1983 Robert made his concerto debut
at the Queen Elizabeth Hall playing the Beethoven concerto and in 1984 at the Barbican
with the Vivaldi four seasons. He joined the Philharmonia Orchestra in 1984 and remained
there until 1990. From 1991-1997 he was a member of all three orchestras of the Academy
of St.Martin in the Fields, and was co-principal to Iona Brown. In 1993 he was appointed
director of the Spanish Chamber Orchestra, appearing as soloist on many occasions.
Since then he has had a busy chamber and solo career, and is in demand as a freelance
leader in the UK. He is currently Leader of the Disney production of ‘The Lion King’,
at the Lyceum theatre in London, and is the violinist in the London Piano Trio.
He has recorded the Telemann 12 fantasias, and the complete Sonatas and Partitas
of J.S.Bach all on the Altamira Label.

Hans-Georg Dechange had his first musical experience at
the boys’ choir in Limburg. After concluding junior college he commenced his studies
in catholic spiritual music at the College of Music Frankfurt. Then he studied voice
at the College of Music Heidelberg in the class of Prof. Annemarie Gruenewald.
His repertoire encompasses Lied, oratorio and opera and covers the period from
renaissance to present. He appeared in concert with the “Ensemble Modern” in the
Berliner Kammerphilharmonie, in the so called “Alte Oper” Frankfurt under the batton
of Ingo Metzmacher, with the “Vokalensemble” Frankfurt, and the “Instrumentalensemble
Il Basso” under the batton of Ralf Otto in St. Sernin/Toulouse. Also he was accompanied
by the “Limburger Domchor” and their orchestra under the baton of Hans Bernhard.
Furthermore he participated in concerts in the Cathederal in Chartres, in
“Temple Neuf” in Strassbourg, in the baroque church “St. Micolace” Prag as well
as in the “Gewandhaus” Leipzig. He appeared as soloist at the occasion of the 150th
anniversary “Paulskirche” Frankfurt presented by the university with arias from operas
by Lortzing. His repertoire in Lied finds compositions by Schubert, Schumann, Brahms,
Wolf, Strauss, Martin, Rachmaninoff and Ravel.

Born in Marburg (Germany) she studied voice at the
Peter-Cornelius Conservatory in Mainz, where she also attended stage school
before finishing her studies 1998 with a diploma in at the College for Music
“Rheinland-Pfalz” in the class of Gertie Charlent. Diplomas in vocal teaching
and concert singing. Ms. Giessler visited several master classes with Prof.
Claudia Eder at Schloss Rheinsberg and with Ks. Brigitte Fassbaender.
1997 she received a scholarship by the Richard-Wagner-Verband and sung the
“Lehrbub” in Meistersinger at the State Theater in Mainz. 1998 followed
“Sextus” in La Clemenza di Tito, 2001 “Hexe” in Haensel und Gretel and 2002
again the “Lehrbub” at the Opera in Frankfurt. 2004 she participated in the
historic premiere of the stage play “22,13” by Marc André at the Biennale in Munich.
In 2005 followed “Larina” in Eugin Onegin.

Born 1986 Katrin Heyland started to take piano lessons from Viera Fischer,
mother of the violinist Julia Fischer.In the same year she had her first public
appearance at the Karl-Lang Competition in Munich. At the age of 8 she took lessons
from Joachim Heß in Wiesbaden. Several prizes in regional youth competitions.
Finally in 2003 two first federal prizes in youth competitions.
Studies at the Peter-Cornelius-Conservatory in Mainz,class Martin Widmaier.
Master class with Prof. Anton Scherrer. Several concerts in Germany and in Spain
as soloist and in chamber music. Participation as pianist in the Haydn opera
"The world on the moon" at the Wiesbaden May-Festival.
2005 participation as pianist in the opera project "Il Turco in Italia"
of isis Concert Group. 2006 begin of studies for the music teacher diploma
in piano and cello at the Music College Rheinland-Pfalz.
Studies in cello since the age of ten with Bernhard Zapp at the Musikschule Wiesbaden.
Participation as cellist in several concerts. Since 2002 member of the youth symphony
orchestra of Hesse. 2006 participation at the CMGR-orchestra (Coopération Musicale de la Grande Région).
